Yule Offerings

Wheel of the Year

I was so pleased that my monthly subscription box with Sage and Amethyst included a Yule Offering.  Made of cinnamon sticks, dried oranges, star anise, cedar and more, it was the perfect jumping off point to create my altar offering.  I used a wooden bowl carved by my husband when he was in high school (gotta love a crafty guy) and filled it with evergreens, then added the Sage and Amethyst offerings, along with some berries from my yard.  Since the subscription also included a darling little Yule log and Yule anointing oil, I put the log in the offering bowl and anoint it daily as I focus on my Yule wishes.

Here’s a photo of my offering bowl filled with seasonal delights

And here it is on my altar.

I’m definitely enjoying this subscription box!
